Our company launched 10 years ago, simplifying customers' lives by offering an innovative solution that allows them to easily subscribe to, manage, and switch all types of contracts through a unique and intuitive platform. We support more than 1.5 million customers across France, Spain, and Italy and have over 900 employees across three locations.
Responsibilities
* Build an efficient sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability.
* Recruit, train, and manage high‑performing executives (Inside Sales and Account Managers) to execute inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention.
* Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed.
* Incubate new business verticals to improve commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge, and share performance feedback with new‑hire managers.
* Work directly with leadership to understand and establish OKRs and goals for the sales team.
* Provide hands‑on mentorship to ensure the team meets and exceeds monthly business goals.
* Lead the new sellers onboarding program from day 1 through graduation of the ramp period.
* Implement strategic sales coaching, planning, and forecasting as determined by leadership.
* Exceed monthly sales targets/goals and complete all activities that drive revenue generation.
Qualifications
* 3–4 years of experience in sales.
* 1–2 years of team‑management experience.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to manage end‑to‑end a large team and lead sales initiatives.
* Results‑oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles.
* International experience and fluency in Spanish and English.
* Ideally, knowledge or experience dealing with Spanish real‑estate or bank companies.
