We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer for SmartTV to join our team!

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in the development, customization, and maintenance of applications and backend systems for Smart TV platforms. This position requires experience in Smart TV development environments, multimedia technologies, and a deep understanding of scalable, high-performance architectures, with the goal of delivering exceptional experiences across a wide range of devices.
Your key tasks will be :
* Be part of the Agile TV team, contributing to the development and evolution of leading TV products and services, providing the best TV experience (
* Participate in the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones, contributing to architectural decisions (e.g., Next-Generation TV Platform).
* Design and implement new features to support backend modules and improve platform functionality.
* Develop high-performance, reliable, secure, and scalable applications.
* Act as a mentor for other team members.
You must have :
* 6+ years of experience in backend development with Java, NodeJS or python.
* Expertise in software development best practices ( SOLID, Clean Code ), including optimization, documentation, and testing.
* Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Framework ( Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security ), python with flask or django framework or NodeJS with express or fastigy, and dependency injection.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
* Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) .
* Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
* Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
* Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) .
* Fluent in Spanish (C1 / C2) and English (B2+ or higher).
* Must be residing in Spain with a valid work permit.
