As a Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on!
As a Travel Agent, you will:
* Search and confirm travel reservations for clients.
* Understand and adhere to client travel policies, providing consultation accordingly.
* Handle requests related to regulations such as DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
* Provide industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
* Review operational processes and client relationships to suggest improvements.
* Maintain and expand knowledge of the supported travel industries.
About you:
* Experience as a travel agent.
* Skills in GDS Amadeus.
* Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
* Solid knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
