As Stream Lead (m/f/d) of the SAP Change and Release Management sub-project in an international S/4HANA greenfield implementation, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating change and release management activities. You will be responsible for the implementation and further development of processes, monitoring the service provider and ensuring comprehensive lifecycle management. Through your strategic and operational responsibility, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the project. LOCATION:
Please note that the
working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
Strategic planning and implementation: Management of the SAP Change and Release Management sub-project in an international S/4HANA greenfield implementation in close cooperation with the overall project management
Management and overall responsibility: Coordination of services throughout implementation and roll-out, including progress monitoring and weekly status reports to ensure project quality
Change and Release Management: Responsible for the introduction and further development of Change and Release Management, including configuration, testing and documentation
Holistic lifecycle management: Ensuring comprehensive Lifecycle Management in a two-pronged approach (“Project Line” and “Maintenance Line”), considering technical and functional dependencies
Quality assurance of project standards: Further development and monitoring of project standards and ensuring the quality of transportation
Promoting a positive corporate culture: Ensuring an appreciative and supportive working environment and building a team that is goal-oriented, motivated and customer-focused
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
You are an experienced leader with a degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification and several years of SAP experience, especially in S/4HANA greenfield projects. With analytical skills, IT affinity, strong communication skills and team spirit, you will optimize processes, monitor service providers and ensure effective lifecycle management
Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a consulting role in the SAP environment (e.g. SD, MM, FI, CO, BW) or as a superuser
Technical know-how: Experience in SAP test environments (retrofit) and with SAP Solution Manager, ideally also with ChaRM
Planning and management skills: Strong IT affinity, analytical skills and willingness to learn, as well as knowledge of authorization management, ideally with ABAP skills
Willingness to travel: Willingness to undertake international business trips as part of the project work
Strong communication skills and intercultural competence: Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as initiative
Languages: Proficient in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
