Experteer Overview As Regional Medical Advisor, you translate medical strategy into local plans in the cardiometabolic field and partner with healthcare professionals and internal teams. You drive scientific exchange, build evidence-based relationships, and support education and training for internal and external customers. You also help identify trial sites and feasibility to support development goals. You will work across Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access and Marketing to align medical insights with business needs.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Plan and execute the Regional Medical Plan aligned with Medical Strategy and business goals
- Build and maintain evidence-based relationships with key opinion leaders, HCPs and other stakeholders to drive scientific exchange
- Provide medical and scientific education and training to internal and external customers through meetings, symposia, workshops, and digital channels
- Facilitate scientific exchange to enhance understanding of Novo Nordisk products and therapeutic areas
- Collect, analyze and provide insights for business decisions based on unmet patient needs and healthcare system demands
- Provide medical support for development portfolio including identifying trial sites, assessing feasibility and patient recruitment via KOL networksResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Science
- Minimum 3 years' experience as MSL/Regional Medical Advisor in pharma
- Proven ability to build relationships with HCPs/KOLs and communicate complex scientific information clearly
- Experience in cardiometabolic, cardiovascular, diabetes and/or obesity areas is advantageous
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel up to 3 days per weekRequisitos principales
