Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, drive project success, and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
* Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality; coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and resolve issues; create project timelines, track milestones, and meet KPIs; review account performance regularly and provide insights to optimize strategies; collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams; mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
* Client Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report account performance, ensuring all metrics are tracked accurately; deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports and reviews; use data‑driven insights to improve client campaigns and outcomes.
* Communicate fluently in Dutch with clients, partners, and internal teams. Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch is essential as you’ll primarily work with Dutch‑speaking clients.
As the Dutch‑speaking Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients (primarily Google) and our internal teams.
Qualifications
* Fluency in Dutch is essential (native or near‑native proficiency).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing client relationships and complex projects.
* Background in digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
* Fluent in English, the company’s primary business language.
* Comfortable working independently in a hybrid work model.
