The role requires a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem and consumer lifecycle to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, contributing to visitation, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experiences. /p pb Job Responsibilities /b /ppb1. Marketing and Brand Awareness /b /pulli Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the lounge in Madrid. /lili Collaborate with HQ and the regional design team to manage social media profiles and produce quality content for platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to the Spain market. /lili Build and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure. /lili Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. /lili Develop and distribute marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities. /lili Work with the eCommerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and update local promotions on the brand website. /lili Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies for effective marketing planning. /lili Handle customer service responses, addressing common complaints and establishing resolution processes. /lili Support business development initiatives by creating marketing materials for new business and product launches. /li /ulpb2.
