This role is part of our Creative & Media team. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff.
Job Purpose
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce functionalities. Your expertise will help drive business processes, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
You will work on implementing high-performing solutions using declarative tools and custom development. You will build those solutions by leveraging Apex, Salesforce Flow and Lightning web components from design through testing and deployment. You are capable of using declarative solutions by yourself and you can leave the apex development to your developer colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive business analyses to map processes, pain points, and client requirements and translate these insights into effective Salesforce solutions;
* Clearly articulate the solutions you have come up with to help our customer go one step further;
* Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and reporting;
* Deploy implementation projects, covering data migration and system integrations;
* Organize and deliver end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce;
* Create and update technical documentation and user guides;
* Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for process improvement;
* Interest in helping to build the Marketing Automation and CRM technology team to the next level;
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce environment.
What We Are Looking For
* At least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform;
* At least 1 Salesforce certification: (advanced) Admin and/or Platform App Builder preferably complemented with a consultant certification), Platform Developer 2 will be a plus);
* Experience with implementing and supporting Sales and Service Cloud;
* Experience in collaborating with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives;
* Familiarity with designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and best practices;
* Experience with implementing custom solutions based on declarative tools (like flow);
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Located and directly available to start working in one of the following countries: the Netherlands, United Kindgom, Spain;
* Full working proficiency of the English language, proficiency in Dutch or German is considered as a plus.
