We are looking for a Process Engineer who doesn't just see lines and machines, but opportunities for perfection. What you'll achieve As a key driver of operational excellence, you will report to the Business Unit Manager and act as a strategic partner for the plant. You will be empowered to: Secure Reliability: Provide technical support to resolve process deviations and improve reliability. You ensure that technical hiccups don't stand in the way of our performance, addressing issues at the source. Drive Engagement: Promote a proactive mindset and drive engagement in continuous improvement at all levels of the organization. From the shop floor to management, you will be the catalyst that inspires everyone to ask, \" How can we do this better?\" Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing projects across production lines. You won't just follow standards; you'll set new ones ( Create Wow ). Empower the Team: Train and support operators in Lean tools and best practices. You believe that Everyone Hero means sharing knowledge to elevate the whole team. Optimize Performance: Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Technical Services to maximize plant reliability and efficiency.
