The Role:
As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. You'll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
* Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
* Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
* Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment
What We're Looking For:
* German at C2 level + high level of English
* 1/2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
* Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
* BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)

* Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 bonus/year
