What you can expect:
As a Quality Engineer at SoftProject, you will be the bridge between development and excellence. This is a hands-on role where you can take ownership of the testing lifecycle within an agile SCRUM environment. You will:
* Design and Implement: Create and maintain automated system, regression, and end-to-end tests using the latest tools.
* Drive Quality: Promote a "quality-first" mindset within your team, supporting colleagues in building solid test concepts.
* Expand & Innovate: Help us scale our test environment and infrastructure, keeping an eye on function, usability, and design.
* Analyze & Report: Document results to create meaningful reports that directly influence our continuous improvement.
* Collaborate: Work independently but stay connected, sharing your knowledge to help the team grow.
What we're looking for:
We are looking for a motivated professional with a "can-do" attitude who is ready to take the next step in their career.
* Experience: You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software quality (this role is specifically designed for a Mid-level specialist).
* Tech Stack: Solid experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestComplete ) and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
* Foundations: A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with a strong grasp of analytical thinking.
* Bonus Points: Knowledge of Docker, Linux, or Azure cloud technologies. If you have an ISTQB certification or experience in NFR (performance/load) testing, that's a huge plus!
* Soft Skills: You are a proactive team player who enjoys solving problems and is comfortable communicating with stakeholders in an agile setting.
