About Paradox
Paradox is building the Operating System for Human Greatness— a science‑backed, design‑led, AI‑powered integral platform that personalises learning journeys for every individual. By merging human, structured, and technological intelligence, we aim to create a seamless ecosystem that adapts, challenges, and grows with its users.
Mission & Vision
We believe self‑help is broken. Most learning platforms deliver generic content that yields quick highs but no lasting change. Paradox offers a system that knows a person, tailors to their unique learning style, and translates insight into transformation through AI personalisation, lean experimentation, and deep psychological understanding. Our vision is to reinvent how people grow, creating an iconic product loved for its impact.

- Product Strategy – Translate the founder’s strategic vision into a clear product strategy, build and maintain the roadmap, and ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem.
- User Understanding & Behavioral Insight – Own user problems, conduct weekly user interviews, analyze patterns, and turn behavioural science insights into actionable product hypotheses.
- Build, Ship, Learn Fast – Apply Lean Startup methodology, design experiments and metrics before building, and iterate on new hypotheses weekly.
- Product Analytics & Impact Measurement – Define and track success metrics (activation, retention, transformation rates), connect data to business KPIs, and help marketing leverage the data for evidence‑based storytelling.
- AI & Learning Innovation – Prototype AI‑powered experiences, optimise budgets, and blend emotional design with precise, science‑backed product touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Experience – 3–6 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech. Bonus: experience in AI‑driven products, learning design, or personal development platforms. Proven track record of shipping at least one major feature with measurable results.
