✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* +6 years of experience.
* Experience with communication tools (AJO, Unica or similar) and content management systems
* Knowledge of SQL
* Experience with SCRUM and Agile
* END TO END projects
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Experience in banking or insurance sector
👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Participate in requirement gathering with stakeholders
* Analyze the value of each initiative (e.g., cost savings, time reduction, error minimization)
* Create user stories and functional proposals tailored to stakeholder needs
* Design mockups using tools like Miro or Mural to visualize solutions
* Ensure proposals are well-defined for technical team refinement
* Support the tech team during refinement, clarifying value and resolving doubts
* Document user stories in Azure DevOps with clear acceptance criteria
* Define and execute comprehensive test plans (including unhappy paths)
* Validate data using basic SQL queries
* Provide user support and create functional documentation and guides
* Manage incidents by identifying their nature and impact
