We are seeking a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to expand our Food & Beverage business in Poland. Based in our vibrant office in Terrassa, you will generate leads, re-engage past customers, and explore new business opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with new prospects to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
* Re-engage past customers and identify new business opportunities.
* Conduct market research on potential clients and explore new sales channels.
* Qualify leads from other divisions with cross-selling potential.
* Support digital sales through Click-to-Chat and online campaigns.
* Coordinate with Area Sales Engineers for impactful client visits.
* Contribute to targeted promotional campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
* A natural people-person who enjoys making connections over the phone.
* Strong organizational skills and proactive sales approach.
* Curious about new products and solutions.
* Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication.
* Native-level Polish and fluent English required.
