Admiral Media is a fully remote performance marketing agency working with leading apps and digital brands. The Agency Growth Manager is responsible for building Admiral’s market presence through content, events, and partnerships that generate qualified inbound demand.Role overviewYou will design and execute a content and events strategy that increases brand awareness, strengthens Admiral’s positioning in the ad industry, and creates a steady flow of high‑intent leads. The role is highly collaborative: you work closely with the founder, business development and the performance, creative, and data teams to surface insights and turn them into standout marketing assets.Key responsibilities- Own content and editorial strategy- Plan and run an always‑on content calendar (articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, webinars, newsletters, reports) that positions Admiral as a leading voice in performance marketing and adtech.- Collaborate with internal experts to extract learnings from client work and turn them into concrete stories, frameworks, and playbooks.- Lead events organization- Plan Admiral’s presence at key industry events and conferences, including talks, panels, sponsorships, and side events.- Organize Admiral‑branded events (eg. Growboat.Io, roundtables, founders’ dinners, webinars, masterclasses) that deepen relationships with advertisers and partners.- Drive partnerships and co‑marketing- Build and manage co‑marketing initiatives with DSPs, MMPs, and ad networks, such as joint webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and guest content.- Ensure Admiral is well positioned within partner ecosystems so that we are top‑of‑mind when they recommend agencies to their clients.- Run demand generation campaigns- Design and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and events to drive high‑intent inbound leads that match our ideal customer profile.- Define qualification criteria together with leadership and align on how leads are nurtured and handed over to sales or account leads.- Measure and optimize the growth engine- Set and track clear KPIs for content, events, and partnerships (traffic, engagement, subscribers, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced).- Own and improve the growth tooling stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, publishing tools) and keep reporting structured and reliable.About you- 2–4 years of experience in the ad industry, ideally in marketing, partner marketing, or growth roles at a DSP, MMP, ad network, or performance/creative agency.- Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and how advertisers collaborate with partners and agencies.- Proven track record in content and event marketing where your work led to measurable demand or commercial impact, not just reach.- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and strong storytelling skills;
comfortable ghost‑writing for founders and senior leaders.- Experience working fully remote, with strong async communication, documentation, and personal ownership.- Hands‑on experience with CRM, CMS and marketing tools (for example Pipedrive, email automation, webinar platforms, analytics).What we offer- Fully remote role within European time zones, with occasional in‑person offsites and conference travel- Direct collaboration with the founder/CEO and real influence on how Admiral shows up in the market.- Budget for events, tools, training, and experimentation to build and refine a modern B2B growth engine.- A team of performance marketers, creatives, and analysts who provide a constant stream of real data, case studies, and learnings to turn into high‑impact content.
