Job Description
The Account Manager Hotel Chains reports to the Area Manager Hotel Chains and is responsible for developing and establishing strong relationships with hotel chains. The role involves ensuring partners understand HBX's value proposition and tools to maximize revenue growth, building rapport and trust through a consultative approach, and managing their portfolio effectively.
The role also includes optimizing portfolios via Central Framework agreements, negotiating commercial conditions, and tailoring product offerings to integrate the ecosystem. The Account Manager will ensure performance and financial targets are met or exceeded, focusing on driving profitability, differentiation, and fostering long-term relationships.
We seek candidates based in Spain or anywhere in Europe.

* Market Expertise and Relationship Building: Deep understanding of the hotel landscape, strong partnerships, tailored solutions.
* Commercial Acumen and Negotiation: Master negotiation, structure agreements, utilize HBX tools to grow business.
* Business Development and Planning: Identify opportunities, develop plans, prioritize initiatives.
* Data-driven Decision-Making: Use data and insights for performance optimization.
* Product and Revenue Management: Knowledge of Hotelbeds' portfolio and revenue principles.
* Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders, share knowledge.
* Agility and Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace change, think creatively.
Experience
* 2-3 years in a similar role.
* Experience in commercial roles with direct client contact.
* Experience in contracting and negotiation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, Tourism Management, or similar.
* Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
