YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Validation: Monitor user activity, report irregularities, and collaborate with the customer service team to enhance conversion rates and processes.
2. Feedback analysis: Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements and innovative ideas.
3. Additional missions: As part of Holidog's growth, additional tasks may be assigned based on your interests and skills.
YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS :
1. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate well, and report efficiently to a manager.
2. Critical thinking: Capable of making quick decisions, analyzing situations critically.
3. Experience: Prior customer service experience, handling emails, online chat communication, familiarity with tools like Intercom, Olark, Zendesk.
4. Curiosity: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ask questions, and step out of comfort zone.
5. Customer Focus: Passion for customer service and a desire to build a career in it.
6. Language skills: Flawless written and spoken English; fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, German, and/or Dutch is a big plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Type of contract : Full-time (35-40 hours/week), part-time also accepted, Monday to Friday (Saturdays if possible).
Remuneration : €400-€650 per month, depending on hours and profile.
