Join our team as a Business Analyst / Product Owner within the CIO Data Analytics Platform (CIO DAP) at Group IT/CIO Office.
What You Are Going To Do We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our IT Data Management team, focusing on the IT data domain. As the Product Owner, you are responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure high-value features meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand data-related needs, challenges and opportunities within the IT domain.
Elicit, analyse and document business requirements related to IT data, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.
Translate business requirements into proposed changes to conceptual and logical data models, working closely with data architects and modelers.
Define and support enhancements to reporting capabilities that leverage IT domain data, ensuring data is accessible, accurate and actionable.
Collaborate in creating test plans, conducting risk analyses, ensuring sufficient test coverage through executed test scripts and performing necessary user acceptance tests.
Stay updated on market developments and technical possibilities, translating them into practical applications that deliver value to our customers or stakeholders.
Share knowledge and insights with colleagues for continuous improvement.

Who You Are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Information or IT Business Analyst in a complex environment.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex problems into concrete solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT or software development.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Thorough understanding of IT as a business and IT Data domain, strong stakeholder management and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
