Manage support tickets and resolve system incidents across a multi-layered technology stackDebug and troubleshoot issues related to data processing, system integrations, and service interruptionsPerform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams for long-term fixesSupport internal users, ensuring timely issue resolutionAutomation & Scripting :
Develop Python and Bash scripts to automate monitoring, alerting, and debuggingWrite self-service scripts and tools for incident resolutionOptimize existing scripts and code for performance improvementsSystem Optimization & Monitoring :
Ensure the reliability and stability of C++ and Python pipelinesContinuously assess system performance and propose automation strategiesImplement monitoring solutions to detect issues proactivelyWork closely with development and infrastructure teams to address systemic issuesMaintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders and end usersTechnical RequirementsProgramming & Scripting :
