Responsibilities
* Clean showers, public and employee bathrooms.
* Clean windows in public and employee areas.
* Wipe surfaces and floors in public spaces and employee areas using designated chemicals and equipment.
* Dust surfaces in assigned areas.
* Empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and urns into appropriate containers.
* Inspect furniture for breakage, tears, or stains and report damage.
* Clean and maintain lighting fixtures.
* Place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary.
* Contact other departments directly if urgent repairs are needed.
* Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
* Identify and report preventive maintenance or hazards in public areas or guest rooms.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance is neat and professional.
* Protect company property and confidential information.
* Support colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect; assist the team in achieving shared goals.
* Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
* Move at required speed to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, slow run).
* Inspect tools, equipment, or machines visually to identify defects.
* Grip, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and coordination.
* Reach overhead and below the knees, including crouching, twisting, dragging, and bending.
* Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces; handle inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and stairs.
