We create for our global customers engineered components and sub-systems that deliver extreme precision and performance for a range of mission-critical applications—from minimally invasive surgery to robotics to 3D metal printing.**Summary*** New creation of master data and ensuring central data management* Engineering Change management in cooperation with other departments**Primary Responsibilities*** Complete entry and processing of incoming requests for new creation of master data for material, accounts receivables, accounts payables, conditions and other master data.* Changes to master data and subsequent maintenance of existing master data according to the specifications of the specialist departments .* Mass maintenance of data within the scope of project work, cleaning of incorrect data according to the specifications of the specialist departments, control and monitoring task, creation of data extracts according to the specifications of the specialist departments, monitoring of the quality of data entries and data changes in the IT Applications, monitoring of system-relevant messages in the Application, creation of reports on the data status.* Checking changes for completeness, checking and evaluating the logistical and MRP status of materials affected by change, planning and technical implementation of changes through revision or discontinuation, scheduling changes, monitoring discontinuation, careful documentation of change processes.* Complete capture and processing of incoming requests for ERP user entry and exit.* Support the Accounting team and verify business partner bank account information.* Maintain the Sales Price Master data in SAP based on the Key-Account Management requirements.* Support the SCM team to manage the Long term vendor declaration Management.**General Tasks*** Maintain strict compliance with the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and implementation of the instructions of the quality, environmental management and/or occupational health and safety officer.**Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies*** Several years of profound ERP application knowledge, preferably SAP (or Oracle or similar ERP systems)* Several years (min. 2 years) of professional experience in an ERP change management environment or several years of in-depth IT application knowledge* Experience in master data management in ERP (material, business partner, companies, BOM, routing…)* Analytical, conceptual and process-oriented mindset* Independent and team-oriented, communicative, assertive* Fluency in written and spoken English* Communicative Spanish is a big advantage**Benefits*** Flexible working hours* 23 days off + 2 days extra* 1-2 days per week working from home possibility* New 4000sqm corporate building next to Westfield La Maquinista* Specialty coffee, tea and table tennis* Support for online training programs* Young and dynamic work environment with opportunity to learn from real professionals* Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced international company#LI-JM1#LI-HybridNovanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
