Responsibilities
1. Process to ensure timely completion of month-end close.
2. Work closely with the Finance Department to assist with reconciliations.
3. Assist with processing and delegating student payments.
4. Ensure proper application of manual student EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers) transactions.
5. Ensure all other cash receipts are posted and deposited daily.
6. Oversee the shared email inboxes to ensure timely responses.
7. Provide support to financial aid, recruitment, and registration efforts as needed.
8. Ensure end-of-day procedures are properly and accurately executed.
9. Handle duties flexibly as directed.
Your profile
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Accounting preferred.
2. At least two years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a university setting.
3. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
4. Proficient in desktop applications including Microsoft Windows and Word.
5. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
6. Experience with ERP Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
7. Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
8. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
