Responsibilities
* Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of the restaurant.
* Ensure that the highest quality of standards is met for service, cleanliness, and profitability.
* Support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in maximizing the volume of service.
* Job duties include training, supervising, and scheduling staff, payroll, responding to guest inquiries, and implementing new menus and promotions.
* Assist management in achieving departmental goals and total guest satisfaction.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year of fine dining restaurant experience in a relevant position.
* Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Good command of Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
* Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs.
