PbOmega CRM Consulting is looking for a Power Platform Architect / Technical Lead that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. /b /ppbr/ppThe bPower Platform Architect / Technical Lead /bprimarily focuses on hands-on Power Platform delivery for squad use cases, including solution assessment, build, integration, ALM, and coordination with IT on technical and licensing dependencies. In addition, the role may support broader enablement topics such as citizen development guidance, governance contribution, training, and platform evolution, but these are supporting expectations rather than the core purpose of the role. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/ppLow-Code Solution Architecture Development /ppbr/pulliDesign and build scalable low-code solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for the use cases managed by the squad. /liliCreate reusable components, templates, and patterns for common business needs. /liliDevelop complex workflows and integrations that connect business processes, while contributing to use case assessment and helping determine the most suitable Power Platform approach based on business value, technical feasibility, and governance constraints. /liliEnsure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability, while supporting the delivery process through testing, deployment, and handover as needed. /li /ulpbr/ppSupporting Expectations – Citizen Developer Guidance /ppbr/pulliEmpower Champions and Citizen Developers to build their own solutions safely. /liliProvide guidance, coaching, and technical support to non-technical builders. /liliCreate training materials, documentation, and self-service resources. /liliReview and quality-assure solutions built by Citizen Developers. /li /ulpbr/ppSupporting Expectations – Governance, Compliance Security Contribution /ppbr/pulliContribute to governance frameworks for low-code development in alignment with enterprise standards. /liliWork within defined security rules, DLP policies, and environment management practices, in coordination with IT and platform owners where applicable. /liliEnsure compliance with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, data protection expectations, and relevant Responsible AI principles when solutions include AI-enabled capabilities. /liliPromote best practices across the organisation and provide visibility on platform usage where relevant to the role. /li /ulpbr/ppPlatform Administration Optimisation /ppbr/pulliSupport Power Platform environments, connectors, and related licensing topics in collaboration with the IT partner. /liliOptimise platform performance and work with the IT partner to help resolve technical issues, recognising that technical configuration and licensing decisions remain IT-owned and that this role can influence them only indirectly. /liliSupport feature scouting by evaluating new Power Platform features and capabilities relevant to squad delivery needs. /liliCoordinate with IT on platform updates, integrations, technical dependencies, licensing considerations, and enterprise alignment. /li /ulpbr/ppE. Integration Scalability /ppbr/pulliDesign integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems (SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs). /liliEnsure solutions can scale from tactical fixes to enterprise-grade applications when needed. /liliBridge low-code solutions with broader ScaleOS and automation capabilities. /liliIdentify whether a use case should be solved with Power Platform, require additional enterprise integration, or transition from low-code to pro-code development. /li /ulpbr/ppbMust-Have Competencies /b /ppbr/pulliExpert-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). /liliStrong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. /liliExperience designing and implementing Power Platform governance and security. /liliProficiency in building complex workflows, custom connectors, and integrations. /liliKnowledge of Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices. /liliUnderstanding of API integrations and data connectivity patterns. /li /ulpbr/ppbSupporting Expectations / Nice to Have /b /ppbr/pulliMicrosoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600). /liliExperience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder. /liliBackground in traditional software development (.NET, JavaScript). /liliExperience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. /liliKnowledge of other low-code platforms (Appian, OutSystems, Mendix). /liliExperience in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, life sciences), with awareness of compliance, data protection, and Responsible AI expectations. /li /ulpbr/ppbCore Enabling Skills /b /ppbr/pulliAbility to provide practical guidance to Citizen Developers when needed. /liliStrong communication skills to translate technical concepts for business users. /liliPatient and supportive approach when working with non-technical colleagues. /liliProactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset. /liliAbility to balance governance requirements with business agility needs. /liliAbility to provide practical judgment during use case assessment and to advise stakeholders across the delivery process, while keeping hands-on solution development as the primary focus of the role. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat do We offer /b /ppbr/pulliPermanent contract. /liliFlexible Schedule.
