The role involves coordinating internal and external teams, managing client relationships, overseeing the design process, scheduling workflow and outputs, and ensuring high‐quality designs that align with our ethos and vision.
Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external teams and manage client relationships.
Oversee the design process, scheduling workflow, and outputs.
Ensure delivery of high-quality designs aligned with the firm's ethos and vision.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture.
Experience in retail, shopping centres and mixed‐use projects.
Combination of creative abilities and technical knowledge.
Good command of English; fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent graphic and verbal presentation skills.
High level of concentration, attention to detail, enthusiasm and ambition.
Ability to travel and reside in Madrid.
Commercial awareness and knowledge of Spanish Building Regulations.
Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Highly efficient, proactive, self‐motivated person who uses initiative and inspires others.
Team player who understands true collaborative working.
Experience running projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Desire to contribute to business development and client‐facing presentations.
Proven record as a client‐facing project architect capable of leading the design process and delivering projects as a team leader. xiphteb
