We are looking for an engaged and motivated Regional Sales Manager Medical Fitness for the Iberia region who will promote the seca TRU in fitness and wellness facilities.
As a MedTech company with long-standing medical expertise, we provide gym operators with medical grade body composition parameters to support exercisers in training more effectively and living healthier lives.
Your Responsibilities
* Consultancy, demonstration and sales of our high-end medical devices for measuring body composition (bioimpedance).
* Extensively educate potential clients and distribution partners about the seca TRU, its technology, benefits and unique features.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key accounts and relevant Key-Opinion-Leaders to support sales, market development and service efforts.
* Act as the main technical, application and sales point of contact for clients and partners in the Iberia region.
* Drive social media channels (Instagram) as well as online enquiries.
* Build and maintain a network of buyers, KOLs and industry influencers in the region.
* Successful acquisition of new customers in the fitness and wellness sector.
* Work closely with distribution partners to plan, direct and monitor joint activities to achieve sales targets.
* Develop new distribution channels and programs to meet sales plans and increase market share.
* Participate in trade shows, open days, conferences and organize roadshows and demonstrations.
Your Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales in the fitness industry.
* Solid knowledge of the fitness, health and wellness industry; experience in driving new concepts in the market and educating clients and partners.
* Ability to build rapport with industry professionals and address concerns professionally.
* Strong sales funnel management through direct and indirect leads.
* Enthusiasm for high-end technology and the ability to explain it in layman terms.
* Willing to travel up to 70% of time in the sales territory.
* Understanding of business administration and entrepreneurial thinking.
* Highly self-motivated, independent and goal-oriented.
* Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
