Country Sales Manager – Healthcare IT
Madrid (preferred) or Barcelona | Reporting to Sales Director Europe South
As Country Sales Manager, you will own end to end sales delivery for Agfa HealthCare’s Enterprise Imaging and IT portfolio (PACS / RIS / VNA). You act as the main point of contact for customers, driving growth across existing accounts while securing new business in the Spanish and Portuguese healthcare market.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and execute account and territory strategies to grow revenue and protect the installed base
2. Identify and close new opportunities by positioning Agfa’s full Healthcare IT portfolio
3. Manage complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, bid management and contract negotiation
4. Build strong relationships with senior decisionmakers (C-suite, clinical and IT leadership)
5. Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management and order intake plans
6. Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into solution strategies
7. Provide market and customer insights to marketing, regulatory and product teams
Your profile
8. Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare or related field)
9. 5 to 10+ years’ experience in complex B2B sales, preferably Healthcare IT or medical imaging
10. Strong consultative selling skills and experience with enterprise decision processes
11. Entrepreneurial, selfdriven and comfortable working autonomously
12. Willingness to travel up to 70%
