The Mission

We are looking for a Fractional KAM & Closer who doesn't just "manage" relationships but closes them. We have a steady stream of high-intent mid-market leads who need someone to translate "tax pain" into a "subscription won.
Who You Are
- A Natural Closer: You don't just "follow up", you navigate. You understand that a "maybe" is just a "yes" waiting for a better business case.
- A Self-Starter (No, Really): We don't do micromanagement. You'll own your pipeline, set your own cadence, and drive results without a manager breathing down your neck.
- "Techie Enough": You don't need to write code, but you should be comfortable understanding APIs, webhooks, and how Stripe/PayPal/Shopify data flows into a central hub.
If terms like "Nexus," "API," or "CSV mapping" scare you, this isn't for you.
- The Autonomous Professional: You're likely a seasoned sales pro who wants a high-impact role without the 60-hour grind. You work efficiently, document religiously in Attio (or similar CRMs), and hit your numbers.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the Pipeline: Take inbound leads from discovery to signature.
- Liaise with Expert for tech Demos: Run high-conversion product demos with our product experts for mid-market accounts (€250–€1000+ MRR).
- Master the Follow-Up: Implement a persistent, value-driven follow-up strategy (10+ touchpoints) for those "Yoyo" deals that tend to disappear.
- Strategic Negotiation: Handle custom quotes, back-filing negotiations, and multi-jurisdiction packages (especially for the US and Canada).
- Feedback Loop: Work closely with our CRO and Marketing lead to tell us which leads are high-quality and which are "looky-loos.
The Tech Stack
- CRM: Attio (Automations & Workflows).
- Sales Frameworks: We love MEDDIC or NPQ. You should too.
- Integrations: familiarity with Stripe, Shopify, and WooCommerce is a massive plus.
