In this key role, you will manage the full accounts payable cycle, supervise a team of three accountants, and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This position requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to drive process improvements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Based in our Madrid’s office, this role requires strong expertise in accounting and financial reporting, especially within mid-sized structures (international environment or financial services firm a plus). YOUR TASKS Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable (procure-to-pay) cycle for the entire KC Group, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the work of a team of 3 accountants within the AP function Collaborate with procurement and operational teams to optimize processes and resolve discrepancies. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP and accounting operations.
