Global Social & Community Team
The Global Social & Community team at Gameloft has an exciting opportunity for a Global Community Manager to integrate their team of community experts.
Job Description:
The Global Community Manager will play a key role in overseeing content and engagement strategies across all official Gameloft channels. This includes developing appealing and entertaining content plans, actively engaging with followers on all key networks, creating community events and streams, and bringing the global brand to life in a relatable way.
This role requires collaboration with key teams across all our studios, utilizing passion for gaming and in-depth knowledge of the digital content landscape to drive growth, visibility, and engagement with the brand worldwide.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in shaping social media and community strategy for global accounts, including channel strategy, tone of voice, evergreen content approach, and engagement strategy.
* Build and implement editorial calendars on a monthly basis, coordinating with key stakeholders to produce high-quality content and experiences for Gameloft communities.
* Evaluate and ensure that Gameloft communities have first-hand access to key highlights across our portfolio of games and services, creating bridges between global networks and game and studio communities.
* Own content and asset creation process to produce consistent flow of evergreen content for each channel, proposing ways to optimize content creation process when necessary.
* Track and analyze community and content performance KPIs, ensuring steady progression quarter-on-quarter on the channels responsible.
Campaign & Community Activation Development:
* Ideate, plan, and execute community-focused activations and tentpole campaigns to support company communication goals.
* Track and analyze performance of each campaign, sharing learnings to improve upcoming campaigns.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders (communications, game production, game community teams, CMI, etc.) to ideate and amplify community-focused activations.
* Develop conversational approach on channels responsible, building strong bond with key cohorts of players and followers.
* Set community performance targets in terms of growth, engagement, overall coverage, reply times, community CSAT, overall sentiment, community retention metrics, and utilize tools and processes at hand to continuously improve performance.
* Ensure validity and use of frameworks guaranteeing community safety, crisis management, customer satisfaction, and game/update technical issues coverage across channels responsible.
* Analyze conversations and identify key insights from the community to improve content and community experiences on channels responsible.
* Develop and amplify UGC strategies.
Planning, Project Management, Social Media Toolstack:
Profile & Skills:
* Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in similar position, with proven track record in animating social networks, ideally live content creation.
* Passion for gaming and gaming experiences of all kinds.
* Experience in creating content for social media, preferably live content creation (livestreams or podcasts) and content editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, etc.
* Analytical mind and KPI-driven.
* Understanding of community KPIs and how to track them.
* Understanding of social media networks and how they are used by gamers.
* Experience on community and social media toolstack (e.g., publishing tools like Brandwatch, social listening tools like Talkwalker, content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
* Relationships-driven, building credible and trusting relationships in fast-paced environment with broad range of colleagues and collaborators across the company and world.
* Ability to work in fast-paced and international environment.
