Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Consultant Intern to join our team. You will support strategic projects for leading financial institutions, helping them strengthen regulatory compliance frameworks, enhance risk management practices, and drive operational excellence, including supporting the implementation and roll-out of a new CRM system within the Operations team. This role combines analytical rigor, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsabilities:
* CRM Support & Operations: Assist the Operations team in the implementation, maintenance, and daily use of the new CRM system.
* Data Management & Quality: Support data entry, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and consistency within the CRM.
* Process Support: Help document operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support change management initiatives linked to the CRM.
* Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare basic reports and dashboards to track usage, data quality, and operational KPIs.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper adoption of the CRM and support user needs.
* Administrative Support: Provide operational and organizational support to the Risk & Regulation Operations team during the transition phase.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, or similar.
* Postgraduate studies oriented to Investment Banking or Financial Services will be highly valued.
* Indispensable C1 level of English (working environment).
* Strong interest in financial services, risk, regulation, and internal operations .
* High attention to detail, structured mindset, and willingness to learn.
* Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
* Availability: Full-time availability during July and August .
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 .
* Duration: 6 months, starting as soon as possible .
