You will work with structured processes and tools, collecting and validating data, identifying the right contacts, and supporting multi‐channel outbound campaigns.You will work directly with the outbound lead and follow a clear system.Responsibilities Target List Building Research and identify companies within defined segments: MGA, captive managers, captives, multinational insurance playersBuild structured lists from: association directories, regulator websites, LinkedIn, industry sourcesEnsure: no duplicates, full coverage of the market
Data Verification Validate each company: confirm business type, confirm relevance to ICPFill in key fields: website, location, business focus, LinkedInFollow strict rules: no guessing, mark unknown instead of incorrect
Contact Research & Enrichment Find the right contacts for each company: leadership, operations, financeCollect: name, title, LinkedIn, email, phone (if available)Use tools: LinkedIn, Apollo / Lusha / Hunter / similarVerify emails before use
Data Management Maintain clean and structured spreadsheetsUpdate CRM (e.g., HubSpot)Log all activities: contacts added, data verified, outreach actions
Cold Outreach Support Execute initial outreach steps: LinkedIn connection requests, follow‐ups, email sendsPerform cold calls: call direct numbers or office lines, ask to connect to the right person, log call outcomes
Process Execution Follow defined outbound processes and sequencesWork in batches and maintain high accuracyMeet daily targets for: companies added, contacts enriched, calls completed
