Must-Have Technical Requirements
* PhD in Chemistry
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
* Strong hands-on experience in experimental chemistry and with an industrial mindset
We will consider two technical profiles, both requiring a strong practical and applied orientation:
1. Analytical Chemistry Profile
* Experience in quantification, method development, and method validation
* Advanced operation of GC-MS (setup, optimization, troubleshooting)
* Preparation of complex samples and handling of industrial matrices
* Critical interpretation of chromatograms and spectra
* Ensuring data traceability, integrity, and reliability
* Analytical documentation and reporting for R&D, quality, and production
* Analytical support for pilot-scale and industrial processes
* Work under GLP, safety, and quality standards
2. Organic Chemistry Profile
1. Experience in organic synthesis and reaction optimization
2. Active involvement in process scale-up (laboratory to pilot scale)
3. Development and optimization of chemical routes with focus on yield, selectivity, and reproducibility
4. Characterization of products, intermediates, and by-products
5. Strong interaction with analytical techniques (GC-MS) for validation
6. Evaluation of process variables, impurity control, and mass balance
7. Technical documentation and process
