**About the role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Director, the resource will have the responsibility to:
- Implement sales strategy and manage sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results in the assigned areas;
- Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate client requirements, while preparing commercial offers and defining, along with the Company, pricing, terms & conditions, negotiations and agreements;
- Organizing with customers, agents and Volpak sales teams audit visits in order to generate additional Spare parts sales and improve long-term relationships with customers;
- Planning Volpak technicians’ visits in cooperation with our local representatives in Spain;
- Promoting actively sales of training to Volpak customers, remote assistance tools;
- Coordinating emergency calls related to remote service and Volpak technicians’ interventions;
- Manage Customer Service survey and monitoring of the results and implementation of an action plan.
**What you need to be successful**
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electromechanical engineering or related
- At least from 3 to 5 years of experience in working in sales with packaging background or B to B sales experience;
- Availability to travel (about 30-40%)
- Strong knowledge of English and Spanish language;
- Will complete the profile: the ability to negotiate, manage conflicts, being result-oriented and team player.
