You will be responsible for listening and understanding the needs of the client (Hospitals, Pharma companies ,Health Insurance companies, etc.)ContactB2B customers, collect feedback to analyze trendsin satisfaction rates, NPS, and identify areas for improvement.Understand customers needs toboost their loyaltyand increase the use of the tool.Create and present proposals fornew projects, cross-selling, up-selling,and negotiating with Mediktor clients.Manage and monitorcustomer requirementsin collaboration with the involved departments. You will transfer the use case and technical requests to Mediktor's internal teams in order to develop customized solutions (technical solutions, marketing solutions or medical solutions)Interact with internal teams (medical and technical team, product, marketing, sales, etc) to implement and market expansion programs / Upsells & Crossells for customers (new functionalities, new features and services)Achieve the current objectives in relation to the activation of services / tool use / NPS of the assigned clients.Create and maintain existing customer successmetrics and KPI as directed.Build Success Storieswith customers and present them to the management department and during events.Requirements:Fluent in English and Spanish5-4 years of experience as a Customer Success / Customer Experience Specialist with experience inSaaS product / B2B software.Ability to analyse and interpret data to convert it into insights for both business and clientsCustomer-centric and goal-oriented mindset.
