The New Ventures area leads innovation, developing new ventures and solutions, including establishing a cohesive noa.Ai ecosystem. One flagship project is Noa Notes, which automates clinical note creation using advanced AI to listen to consultations, extract key information, and generate structured notes. This helps healthcare professionals focus on patient care, saves time, and improves patient experience.RoleWe seek a strategic leader for the Engineering Manager role in the New Ventures / Noa Medic area. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will manage multiple teams and initiatives, focusing on building high-performing teams, supporting staffing, process development, and fostering AI/ML platform growth. Your initial focus will be on transitioning the Noa Notes project and enabling rapid development of Noa Skills.
