This is a full-time role based in Barcelona (preferred) or Madrid, with remote work considered for the right candidate.
The Marketing Operations & Performance Lead will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Marketing function for SBS in Spain, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution and performance tracking across channels. The role focuses on analysing marketing data, monitoring campaign performance, and translating insights into actionable decisions.
The role will coordinate creative, content and marketing operations activities, maintain dashboards and reporting, and work closely with senior leadership to align marketing execution with business objectives. A strong interest in data, automation and AI-powered tools applied to marketing is expected.
Experience in marketing operations, performance or growth roles
Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data and dashboards
Understanding of marketing funnels, CPL, CAC and conversion metrics
Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools
Understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Tik Tok ads is a plus
Interest or experience using AI tools for marketing analysis, automation or decision support
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field is a plus
