In the department of 'Customer Experience' we are responsible to keep the quality of our cellular mobile network throughout Germany at the highest level and to always be one step ahead of the competition. To reach this target we search for a Data Engineer. The goal is to make optimal use of the existing data to find (proactive) problems in our mobile service chains, analyze the causes and support colleagues. Furthermore, perform data analysis for specific management or project demand as well as to improve the customer experience by our own.
