1. Client Support and Communication
- Availability: Provide around-the-clock communication support for urgent client needs or emergencies.
- Real-time Problem Solving: Respond promptly to requests for assistance from tour leaders, travel agencies, corporate clients, or event organizers to minimize disruptions.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Korean、Spanish and English is required, with some knowledge of Chinese preferred.
2. Necessary Itinerary Coordination and Modification
- Itinerary Adjustments: Quickly coordinate or modify travel plans in response to emergencies like delays or weather issues.
- Alternative Arrangements: Offer substitute options for accommodations, transportation, dining, etc., to ensure a smooth journey.
3. Emergency Resource Coordination
- Local Supplier Contact: Maintain relationships with local suppliers (hotels, restaurants,guides, transportation) for fast resource allocation.
- Support Arrangements: Arrange extra support services like additional transfers, guides, or translators as needed.
4. Risk Assessment and Prevention
- Risk Monitoring: Keep an eye on weather, transportation, and safety issues in the client’s travel area, providing early warnings and assistance.
- Contingency Plans: Be prepared with emergency protocols for situations like strikes or natural disasters to ensure a fast response.
5. Internal Communication and Reporting
- Incident Reporting: Report detailed information on incidents to the team for follow-up and service improvements.
- Regular Summaries: Document and share lessons from previous emergencies to improve overall service quality.
- Proficiency in Korean is a must、fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Tourism industry work experience.
- Able to operate the company’s systems effectively to access order details after training.
Pay: 18,000.00€ - 28,000.00€ per year
