Necessary Itinerary Coordination and Modification- Itinerary Adjustments: Quickly coordinate or modify travel plans in response to emergencies like delays or weather issues.- Alternative Arrangements: Offer substitute options for accommodations, transportation, dining, etc., to ensure a smooth journey.3. Emergency Resource Coordination- Local Supplier Contact: Maintain relationships with local suppliers (hotels, restaurants,guides, transportation) for fast resource allocation.- Support Arrangements: Arrange extra support services like additional transfers, guides, or translators as needed.4.
