NORWEGIAN -SPEAKING ACCOUNT MANAGER – SALES ADS

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager for Sales Ads, you will manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses advertising on our client's platform. You will serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor — retaining and expanding existing relationships, maximising their advertising investment, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor
* Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and challenges, delivering tailored advertising strategies that drive measurable results
* Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full suite of ad solutions
* Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously optimise strategies
* Meet and consistently exceed revenue and retention KPIs
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and continued investment
* Deliver excellent customer service — addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce — account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts
* Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, platform updates, and shifting business priorities
REQUIREMENTS
* C2 level of Norwegian and C1 level of English — written and spoken
* At least 18 months of proven experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
* Proven track record of retaining and growing an SMB client portfolio with strong consultative and influencing skills
* Strong capability in creating and presenting digital advertising strategies tailored to SMBs
* BA/BS degree preferred, or demonstrated career progression showing strong functional expertise
* Prior experience in complex customer service or account management, with a focus on issue resolution and client satisfaction
* Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems
* Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus
* Ability to quickly understand new business models, platform updates, and client challenges
