Randstad seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition specialist to support recruitment, client engagement, and market insight activities within the operational talent solutions team. The role includes communication, pipeline development, compliance, reporting, and sales support.
Responsibilities
* Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
* Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
* Researches industry trends and delivers insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.
* Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and engagement activities.
* Processes contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.
* Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
* Supports basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
* Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
* Performs assignments using existing procedures.
* Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles or managers within the discipline.
* Contributions are usually limited to task‑related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
* Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
