We are now opening our new office in **Elche**, positioning ourselves at the heart of the vast Spanish events market, the second largest in the world after the USA. Alongside Spain, we are also expanding into the North American market, creating exciting opportunities for growth and career development.
We are looking for a solutions focused **Business Development Manager / Account Executive** with a proven background in consultative B2B sales. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing international team, with the freedom to target accounts globally and make a tangible impact.
You will bring energy, ambition and commercial acumen to develop relationships, drive revenue and nurture long term partnerships with event organisers across sectors.
**Responsibilities**
- Expand and strengthen existing client relationships
- Create and manage new business opportunities through outreach, prospecting and calls
- Nurture accounts and grow them into long standing partnerships
- Represent the company with a consultative, solutions driven approach
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, events or technology
- Native Spanish speaker with strong written and spoken **business level English**:
- Financially ambitious and target driven, with a collaborative mindset
