Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Person for our MTA in HVAC business with extensive experience in the industrial sector. The selected person will have a pragmatic approach in the field. We are looking for a proactive professional, capable of developing his/her region and implementing commercial strategies that drive the growth and efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute the commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives in Spain East area.
* Set sales objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
* Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Focus on achieving and exceeding commercial goals.
* Aptitude to establish strong and effective relationships with clients, collaborators and other departments, facilitating collaboration and teamwork.
* Ability to identify opportunities for growth and business development in the market.
* Anticipating trends and adapting commercial strategies as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
* Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales is desirable.
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector.
* Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.
* Knowledge of industrial refrigeration / HVAC
* High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
