We're looking for a
Salesforce Data Cloud Architect
to lead the design and implementation of scalable customer data solutions across the organisation. You'll play a key role in shaping how customer data is unified, governed, and activated across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
What You'll Be DoingDesign and manage the overall Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data strategyBuild scalable solutions for identity resolution, segmentation, data harmonisation, and real-time activationWork closely with business and technical teams to translate data and customer engagement requirements into technical solutionsDefine integration approaches between Data Cloud and external platforms including CRM, marketing, ecommerce, analytics, and data warehousesLead data modelling, governance, and data quality best practicesSupport activation use cases across Sales, Service, and Marketing CloudProvide technical leadership to developers, engineers, and implementation partnersReview existing environments and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and usabilityEnsure compliance with data privacy and governance requirements including GDPR and CCPAStay up to date with emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform enhancements
What We're Looking ForStrong Salesforce architecture experience with hands-on exposure to Data CloudExperience delivering enterprise-scale customer data and integration solutionsStrong understanding of data modelling, identity resolution, segmentation, and customer data platformsExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems, APIs, data lakes, and middleware platformsKnowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworksStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work across both technical and business teamsSalesforce certifications preferred
