Portfolio Marketing AssociateAbout the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic thinker to join our Customer Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support a variety of key customer initiatives aimed at improving experience, engagement, and retention across multiple markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to data-driven projects, and help bring innovative marketing strategies to life. This position reports to the Director of Customer Marketing.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a comprehensive review of the role of connected devices in our customer offering, using both qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.- Partner with internal teams to optimize the customer journey during key life events (e.G. moving home), aiming to improve satisfaction and reduce churn.- Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty while maintaining a smooth experience.- Align closely with Customer Marketing colleagues to ensure consistency and success in project execution.- Track progress and performance of initiatives, providing clear reporting and updates to stakeholders.Candidate ProfileExperiences and Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic or consulting role, ideally with a focus on marketing, customer experience, or digital transformation.- Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into practical insights.- Confident project manager who can juggle multiple priorities and workstreams.- Effective communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence across functions.- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.LocationPermanent hire will be preferably based in Madrid, SpainReports and organization structureThis position reports to the Director of Customer Marketing.Strong fit with our Company DNA- Passionate in Everything We Do:
