Responsibilities
Act as a technical expert working closely with the sales team to support the sales process.
Understand customer requirements and visit customer factories.
Prepare technical proposals and deliver product demonstrations.
Address technical inquiries and create customized solutions that meet client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to align solutions with customer objectives.
Perform solution design ensuring product compatibility with client factories.
Communicate client feedback and requirements to internal departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
Previous experience as a Presales Engineer or in a similar role.
Extensive experience in automated production lines, especially fruit sorting equipment, beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.
Hands‑on experience with product demonstrations and solution design.
Familiarity with 2‑D and 3‑D drafting software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical audiences.
Problem‑solving mindset focused on delivering customer‑focused solutions.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Preferably under 35 years old (optional).
