Responsibilities
Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements.
Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications.
Effectively manage priorities to meet established deadlines.
Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required.
Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines.
Support go‐live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Engineering or Technology (or equivalent experience).
Hands‐on experience in SAP HCM application; involvement in implementations is a plus.
In‐depth knowledge of Dutch payroll configuration and a strong track record of delivering high‐quality HR system implementations / configurations.
Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information.
Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, with excellent communication skills and a client‐focused, collaborative mindset.
AuthorizationMust have current and future work authorization in the country where applied for, without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada.
