Required Skills:
* 3-5 years; proven ability to write production-ready code
* Writing scripts (Python/Apps Script) to fetch and transform data; build frontend components for internal portals; fix bugs in existing tools.
* Scripting: Experience with Google Apps Script for workflow automation.
* Source Control: Git proficiency (commit, branch, merge, pull requests).
* Front-End Basics: HTML/CSS knowledge for internal tool UIs.
