We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager based in Bilbao area (Berango) to own our funnel and drive the next phase of our global expansion.
Your mission is clear:

help us move upmarket (Mid-Market and Enterprise clients)
You won't just be "executing"; you will be the architect of our growth engine, managing budgets and collaborating with specialists to hit ROI targets.
What success looks like: In 6 months, you have taken full ownership of current channels, successfully launched our LinkedIn/ABM strategy, and significantly lowered our CAC while increasing the lead quality of our global sign-ups.
Responsibilities
Full Funnel Ownership: Analyze and optimize the entire user journey, from initial touchpoint to sign-up, ensuring a seamless conversion experience.
Scale Paid & Organic Channels: Manage and evolve our existing Google Ads and SEO strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Go-to-Market for Mid-Market/Enterprise: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to attract larger accounts.
Data & Experimentation: Run continuous A/B tests on landing pages and messaging to improve conversion rates (CRO).
Resource Management: Identify gaps in our strategy and hire/manage freelancers (copywriters, designers, developers) to execute specific tasks, always justified by ROI.
AI & LLM Strategy: Monitor and optimize our presence in AI-driven search engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT, etc.) to ensure Heesy remains a top-of-mind solution.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment (mandatory).
Language: Native or professional bilingual English (C1/C2). You will be communicating with a global audience.
Analytical Mindset: Expert level in GA4, Tag Manager, and attribution models. You make decisions based on data, not hunches.
T-Shaped Marketer: Deep expertise in Paid Media (Search/Social) with a strong understanding of SEO, Email Marketing, and Product-Led Growth (PLG).
Autonomy & Drive: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable being the first dedicated marketing hire in the office.
Location: Based in or willing to work from our office in Berango 3 days a week.
Bonus Points
Previous experience scaling a SaaS from Seed to Series A/B.
Deep understanding of the Influencer Marketing ecosystem or Creator Economy.
Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM/Automation stacks.
