Ads and More is a user-acquisition agency focused on promoting apps. We are a fast-growing start-up, and we are looking for someone to join our remote international team as a Business Development Manager as we aim to expand into new markets and grow our client base rapidly.

Responsibilities
1. Own and expand our existing Performance Demand partnerships by identifying new opportunities, responding to requests, and onboarding new media buyers with innovative solutions.
2. Develop a deep understanding of our business model and KPIs to effectively pitch strategies that create value for our partners.
3. Stay informed about market and industry innovations to proactively identify new opportunities.
4. Scale and enhance current partnerships.
5. Monitor and analyze metrics, collaborating with Account Managers to improve user acquisition efforts.
6. Work closely with the Account Management, Tech, and Legal teams to meet client needs and support their business growth.
7. Transform data into insights that inform business decisions.
8. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth data integration and account setup.
9. Upsell to current accounts, maintaining good communication with Account Managers and intervening when necessary.
10. Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and Account Management on strategic initiatives related to mobile publishers and app developers.
11. Identify new prospects and build relationships within the media publisher and app developer communities.
Qualifications
1. 2–4 years of experience in media buying or account management.
2. Mandatory experience in sales, account management, or working with publishers, apps, or mobile agencies.
3. Knowledge of the mobile industry.
4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proven track record in developing and closing new business.
5. Ability to research and analyze data effectively.
6. Consistent achievement of goals and a revenue-driven mindset.
7. Skilled in crafting sales pitches and presenting tailored strategies.
8. Self-starter with a hunger for new business, positive attitude, energy, and a good sense of humor.
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and taking actionable next steps.
10. Understanding of strategic and tactical aspects of mobile advertising.
